Machining mechanics work where precision counts. At Nadler Hartmetalle, you do not produce mass-produced goods, but highly specialized custom carbide parts – often from a batch size of 1. This means that every part is unique, manufactured to customer specifications with tolerances in the micrometer range.


Your responsibilities include operating modern CNC and grinding machines as well as setting up and optimizing machining programs. You monitor the entire production process, check dimensions and surfaces and ensure that every component meets the requirements exactly. In carbide machining in particular, this requires expertise, patience and a good feel for material and tools.

Your profile


  • Completed vocational training in machining or comparable professional experience in metalworking
  • Confident reading and implementation of technical drawings
  • Experience with CNC-controlled machine tools, ideally also with grinding technology
  • Accuracy, a sense of responsibility and enjoyment of detail-oriented work
  • On a personal level, you impress with reliability, team spirit and an independent, structured way of working
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with the special features of carbide machining
