For more than 55 years, Nadler Hartmetalle GmbH has stood for tailor-made carbide solutions – and for an uncompromising understanding of quality “Made in Bavaria”.
Founded in 1967 in Odelzhausen, between Munich and Augsburg, the family-run company has specialized in the manufacture of custom carbide parts from a batch size of 1.
It was clear from the outset: in many industries, standard solutions are not enough – what is needed are precise, wear-resistant individual parts for special requirements.
All manufacturing steps in our own hands
What still makes Nadler special today is its high depth of production:
From producing our own carbide grades in powder metallurgy and pressing, sintering and CNC grinding to final grinding, all work steps take place directly at our Odelzhausen site.
In our in-house laboratory, the batches produced are tested and released – including physical properties such as density, hardness and exact composition.
In this way, every raw material becomes a functional component – exactly to drawing and exactly within the required tolerance.
From single parts to series – everything under one roof
Whether rim drills for the automotive industry, tools for plastics technology or size-reduction elements for food production – Nadler delivers quickly and reliably. Blanks with grinding allowance leave production just two to three weeks after receipt of order. Ground precision parts including a measurement report are usually ready for shipping after four to six weeks.
