Who are we?
We are the company Nadler Hartmetalle.
We are based in Odelzhausen, a town near Munich in Bavaria, Germany.
What do we do?
We make tools and parts from a very hard material.
These parts are very tough. For example, they resist heat and wear. Our customers send us a drawing or an idea of what the part should look like.
How does it work?
- Send a drawing – Customers send us a sketch or drawing of the part they need.
- Discussion and planning – We talk with the customer about exactly what is needed.
- Production in our own factory – We make everything under one roof:
- Powder is pressed into a solid part (called a green compact)
- The green compact is machined (for example turned or ground)
- The part is treated at a very high temperature (sinter-HIP)
- After that, it is ground even more finely, machined very precisely and checked
- Quality control – We measure everything carefully. Only good tools leave our company.
- Shipping – We send the finished part directly to the customer.
What is special about us?
- Everything happens in our company – from the start until shipping.
- We also make single parts (quantity 1) quickly.
- There is no online shop. Everything is done individually, by drawing, email or phone.
