As a machine and plant operator in powder preparation and pressing, you lay the foundation for every custom carbide part. You work directly with the material base: the finest powder is compacted into so-called green compacts – the basis for every later precision part.


Your tasks include preparing and operating the pressing systems, assisting with powder preparation and inspecting the green compacts. You ensure that every part is precisely compacted and prepared to size before it moves on to the sintering process. This gives you a direct influence on the later quality of our carbide components.

Your profile


  • Experience in a metal manufacturing company or a comparable field is desirable
  • Basic knowledge of handling technical equipment and drawings
  • No reservations about working with powder and metallic materials
  • On a personal level, you impress with reliability, team spirit, care and a sense of responsibility
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with the special features of carbide manufacturing
