Machine and plant operator (m/f/d) – carbide fine machining
As a machine operator, you are responsible for the fine machining of custom carbide parts – where precision in the micrometer range is decisive. You work with state-of-the-art CNC and grinding machines and ensure that every part meets the drawing specifications exactly.
Your responsibilities include cylindrical and surface grinding, 5-axis CNC grinding and processes such as lapping, polishing and honing. You check dimensions, tolerances and surfaces and ensure that the carbide components produced can be used reliably over the long term. In this way, you make a significant contribution to the quality and durability of our products.
You are not a cog in a series production machine, but part of a team.

Your profile
- Training or experience in grinding technology, CNC grinding or fine machining
- Knowledge of cylindrical grinding, surface grinding or 5-axis CNC grinding
- Experience in carbide machining is an advantage, but not essential
- Accuracy, quality awareness and enjoyment of detailed technical work
- On a personal level, you impress with team spirit, reliability and independent working
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with special carbide finishing processes
